- Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office operations: As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
2. Handle incoming calls and emails: You will be in charge of answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
3. Maintain office records and files: Keeping accurate records and organizing files will be a crucial part of your role to ensure easy access to important information.
4. Assist with scheduling and appointments: You will help schedule meetings, book appointments, and coordinate calendars for the office staff.
5. Provide general administrative support: This includes tasks such as drafting documents, making photocopies, and handling office supplies inventory.
