2. Handle account receivable: Generate invoices, track payments from clients, and manage collections.
- The Office Accountant will be in charge of issuing invoices to clients, tracking payments, and following up on any outstanding payments.

3. Utilize Tally ERP: Maintain financial records and generate reports using Tally ERP software.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP is essential for the Office Accountant to accurately record financial transactions and produce detailed reports.

4. Prepare and file GST returns: Ensure compliance with GST regulations and submit returns on time.
- The Office Accountant must be well-versed in GST regulations to accurately prepare and file GST returns for the organization.

Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Education: Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th pass qualification, with additional qualifications in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, or B.Com preferred.
2. Experience: 0-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
3. Proficiency in Account Payable and Account Receivable processes.
4. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software for financial record-keeping and reporting.
5. Understanding of GST regulations and experience in preparing and filing GST returns.
6. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.</description>
